Willow Bed - Englefield Market Garden - Wednesday, 4th April 2007

In April 2007, CROW planted a new willow bed in the Market Garden at Englefield.

Unrooted cuttings about 30cm in length, where pushed into the soil which had been covered with black polythene to suppress weeds and retain moisture.
