A walk

The devastating impact ash dieback is now having even on mature trees is now all too obvious .....

..... although the occasional tree appears to be fighting back .....

..... many of its compatriots have been felled.

A skyline changed forever.

My walk concluded on a happier note .....

..... with a newly laid hedge bursting into life .....

..... and a meadow yellow with buttercups.
