Directions: Coming from Twyford on the A321, as you enter Wargrave turn right immediately after traffic lights (pedestrian crossing) on to unmetalled road (Braybrooke Road) signed for Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. On reaching point where road becomes metalled, turn right down lane which leads to the chalk pit. (To avoid unmetalled road, Braybrooke Road can also be accessed from School Lane).

The local group who maintain the site are hoping to create a meadow area and we will be undertaking some initial preparation.

This task was to have been on 9th August but was abandoned because of heavy rain.
